Through stringent Incoming Quality Control (IQC), In-Process Quality Control (IPQC), Final Quality Control/Outgoing Quality Control (FQC/OQC), and long-term reliability testing—including burn-in, environmental, and life testing—we ensure that every product leaving the factory meets industrial-grade application requirements.

Powered by its Manufacturing Execution System (MES) and quality traceability platform, Armorlink has achieved data-driven management across the entire production process. Every stage, from material batches to manufacturing operations, can be monitored and traced in real time, effectively ensuring production consistency and full traceability. The company also employs a continuous improvement mechanism based on the Plan-Do-Check-Act (PDCA) cycle and a collaborative supplier quality management system.
