2025 Community Engagement Initiatives and Implementation Results
Shared Participation and Sustainable Practices
Guided by the original aspiration of low-carbon environmental protection and the principle of “making the best use of everything,” the initiative gave idle items a new lease on life by connecting them with new owners. Through the warm interaction of exchanging goods or the flexible option of purchasing them, the activity strengthened employees’ awareness of thrift and resource conservation.
From October 23 to October 24, 2025, the Company held an employee-participatory resource recycling event—the ESG Flea Market. Upholding the principle of “making the best use of everything,” the event encouraged employees to participate through item exchanges or charity sales, promoting the effective use of resources and reducing unnecessary waste.
During the event, employees enthusiastically contributed unused office stationery, books, household goods, and other reusable items. Through practical action, they embraced the principles of resource conservation, recycling, and environmental protection. The event not only enhanced employees’ awareness of low-carbon environmental protection and sustainable lifestyles but also strengthened the shared commitment to responsible resource management and environmentally friendly practices within the Company.
Public Health Support
As a company with a long-standing commitment to social welfare, Armorlink continues to encourage employees to participate in various charitable initiatives and has witnessed many Armorlink employees demonstrate care and goodwill through concrete action. In response to the government’s voluntary blood donation initiative, the Company held the “Warm Winter Through Blood Donation, Love Throughout Armorlink” employee blood donation campaign on December 10, 2025, encouraging employees to participate voluntarily in this public welfare initiative.
Through employees’ enthusiastic participation, the event transformed compassion into tangible action. It not only supported public healthcare resources but also further strengthened employees’ recognition of social responsibility and the value of public welfare.
Sustainable Practices for the Coordinated Development of People and the Environment
1.Planting New Greenery at the Beginning of Autumn, Bringing New Vitality to the Workplace
To implement the Company’s ESG corporate governance principles, Armorlink continues to promote environmentally friendly and sustainable initiatives and is committed to creating a positive, green, and sustainable corporate ecosystem and brand image. On August 7, 2025, the Company launched a “Green Space Planting and Maintenance” environmental initiative. Underused green areas within the facility were revitalized and designated for vegetable cultivation and routine maintenance, improving land-use efficiency and putting resource circulation principles into practice.
Through employee participation in green space maintenance and planting activities, the initiative incorporated environmental protection, low-carbon awareness, and sustainability principles into everyday workplace life. It not only strengthened employees’ recognition of ecological responsibility and sustainable development but also demonstrated the Company’s continued commitment to environmental management and social responsibility.
2.Low-Carbon Cleanup Initiative: Building a Greener Lifestyle Together
To deepen its ESG sustainability principles and expand environmental participation among employees and their families, Armorlink established a dedicated “ESG–Armorlink Environmental Protection Team” on November 7, 2025, and carried out an environmental care initiative in the form of an eco-friendly City Walk. During the activity, participants walked along the designated route while conducting environmental cleanup work, ultimately arriving at Yindu Green Space in Minhang District and helping maintain the cleanliness of the public environment through concrete action.
The activity encouraged employees to participate alongside their family members, combining environmental protection with family interaction and putting green living principles into practice in a relaxed and engaging manner. Through this learning-by-doing approach, the initiative not only raised environmental awareness among employees and their families but also extended the reach of the Company’s corporate social responsibility efforts, demonstrating its continued commitment to environmental sustainability and social engagement.

Armorlink incorporates risk management into its overall corporate governance and ESG management framework and continuously identifies, assesses, and manages operational, regulatory, environmental, and social risks. The Company has established a systematic mechanism for addressing risks and opportunities, formulating corresponding control measures based on the likelihood and potential impact of each risk. Through management oversight, regular reviews, and dynamic adjustments, the Company strengthens its operational resilience and governance effectiveness. Risk identification results are also transformed into opportunities for management optimization and continuous improvement, supporting the Company’s objectives of stable operations and sustainable development.
In environmental management, the Company implements green operational practices and continuously promotes resource conservation and circular utilization. Water resource management focuses on improving efficiency and reducing waste. Through comprehensive upgrades to water-saving facilities and the introduction of data-monitoring mechanisms, the Company has strengthened the effectiveness of its water management. Rainwater and process wastewater recovery and reuse measures have also been introduced, effectively reducing municipal water consumption and alleviating environmental impacts.
For waste management, the Company has established classification, zoning, and tiered management systems in accordance with regulatory requirements, clearly distinguishing between hazardous and non-hazardous waste. It has also implemented mechanisms for storage, recordkeeping, labeling, and management by designated personnel. Waste collection and disposal are entrusted exclusively to legally authorized and compliant organizations, while internal personnel supervise the operational processes to ensure safety, environmental compliance, and traceability. By prioritizing resource recovery and reuse, the Company reduces environmental risks and improves resource efficiency.
Going forward, Armorlink will continue to strengthen its risk and environmental management mechanisms, enhance internal governance and green operational practices, and promote the coordinated development of the Company and the environment.

1、Risk Identification
The Company systematically identifies risks that may affect its business objectives, the conformity of its products and services, and the performance of its management systems, taking into account its internal and external operating environment, stakeholder requirements, and the characteristics of its operational activities. Risk identification covers scenarios including daily operations, management system planning and changes, the introduction of new projects, and internal and external audits. Employees from different departments jointly participate to ensure that the identification process is complete and comprehensive.
2、Risk Analysis
For identified risks, the Company further analyzes their likelihood of occurrence and potential level of impact. It comprehensively evaluates their effects on operations, compliance, and management system performance, providing a basis for subsequent risk assessment and decision-making.
3、Risk Assessment
The Company classifies and assesses risks based on their frequency of occurrence and severity of impact, distinguishing acceptable risks from those requiring priority management. The assessment results are incorporated into the Risk and Opportunity Identification Form as an important reference for developing response measures and allocating resources.
4、Risk Response
For unacceptable risks or risks requiring control, the Company plans and implements appropriate response measures, including risk avoidance, mitigation, sharing, or acceptance, to reduce the likelihood of occurrence and potential adverse impacts. Responsible departments are clearly designated for these measures, which are incorporated into management processes for ongoing implementation.
5、Monitoring and Review
The Company regularly monitors and reviews the effectiveness of its risk management, assessing the completeness of risk identification and the implementation and effectiveness of response measures. Risk assessments are updated as appropriate in response to changes in the internal or external environment, regulatory adjustments, or significant incidents, ensuring the continued effective operation of the risk management mechanism.
In 2024, the Company’s total greenhouse gas emissions amounted to 2,835 metric tons of CO₂e, representing a 24.57% decrease from the previous year.

Waste is classified as hazardous or non-hazardous and further categorized as recyclable or non-recyclable. Each type of waste is stored in a designated location with clear labeling to prevent mixing.
Non-hazardous waste is stored separately in designated waste rooms or temporary storage areas in accordance with applicable requirements and is managed daily by the responsible departments. Recyclable waste is collected and transported by qualified recycling contractors under the Company’s supervision. Bulk discarded materials and equipment are weighed, registered upon entry into storage, and properly recorded.
Hazardous waste is collected separately by the relevant departments and transferred to the Warehousing Department for centralized temporary storage and management in accordance with applicable requirements. During storage, quantities are verified, inbound and outbound records are maintained, and hazardous waste labels are affixed. Storage facilities must be designed to ensure compatibility and prevent leakage and contamination. Designated personnel conduct regular inspections to ensure environmental safety and regulatory compliance throughout the storage period.
4、Waste Transportation and Reuse Management
The Company entrusts all waste transportation operations to legally qualified waste transportation or recycling organizations. Internal application, review, and approval procedures must be completed before transportation to ensure compliance with applicable regulatory requirements.
Non-hazardous waste with recycling value is given priority for resource recovery and reuse by qualified recycling contractors. Non-recyclable, non-hazardous waste is removed and disposed of by qualified waste transportation organizations in accordance with the law. Relevant management personnel supervise transportation operations on-site to verify waste classifications and quantities, ensure operational safety, prevent Company property from being improperly removed, and avoid environmental contamination.
Once hazardous waste in storage reaches a specified quantity, the Company notifies a legally authorized environmental waste disposal organization to arrange its transportation. Personnel from the Operations Management Committee and the Warehousing Department jointly supervise the process to ensure that waste with different characteristics or incompatible properties is not mixed during transportation. Through these management mechanisms, the Company ensures the lawful disposal and resource recovery of waste, reduces environmental risks, and improves management traceability.
